Day 5 test kit will be dispatched based on the arrival date of the client. Other test kits will be dispatched within 48hrs of booking but depending on Royalmail delivery timelines and your arrival date. Special consideration is taken for D5 to deliver prior to clients’ arrival date.

We also offer emergency kit delivery by taxi subject to availability and at extra cost to cover taxi fare, please email us before booking if you require emergency same day delivery in England.

Please note that our sales are non-refundable however payments can be used towards other future tests.

Please do not book fit2fly test if you are travelling to the UK from other countries. You need to book a Day 2 and 8 or Day 2 only as may be required. Please check government website for updated list of countries in these categories before booking your tests.

If you booked the fit2fly test, you would not receive a locator reference number as it is not required. The locator reference is autogenerated for other tests and will be in your email confirmation receipt starting with MOBHI….

Please note that once order has been made the delivery address cannot be amended or accepted. You are advised to provide full delivery address including post codes to avoid delays in getting your kits. You may wish to arrange for courier to leave your test kits in a safe place if you are not going to be available.

By continuing with this booking, you agree that NO REFUND will be issued for any booking even if you accidentally booked a wrong test. We shall not be liable  for any missed flight or expenses that results from any delays in getting results. You will only be able to use the payment for another test by paying the right amount or for future test.

Home Collection for COVID19 PCR Test (Available London and Birmigham Only).

Please note that home collection service is only available in London and Birmigham. Someone will bring your test kit to your designated address on the day of your test. If you require day 2 test sooner than day 2 of arrival please email us with the date.

Please note that the personnel will deliver the test kit, wait outside for you to complete the selfswab and then collect the package from you to do same day delivery to the lab. If you booked a self swab and wish to upgrade to Home collection, please email us covid19@mobihealthinternational.com to upgrade to Home collection for further instructions.
